Shipyard is one of Hilton Head's most renowned golf courses, having had the recognition from Golf Digest as one of the "Top 75 US Golf Resorts". Shipyard features a clubhouse, golf shop and practice center. This Hilton Head golf course was once the home of the Hilton Head Seniors International and was also rated as one of the best layouts on the Champions Tour. The course itself is spotted with lagoons and ponds as well as moss-draped oak trees that provide golfers of any skill level a fair challenge.
