Cancellations for Vacation Packages: Vacation packages purchased from this web site are non-refundable. In the event you are unable to travel, arrival dates may be rescheduled or this package may be transferred to a qualified third party.

Cancellations for Hotel Reservations: Users may cancel hotel reservations up to seven (7) days prior to arrival. Hotels used for our Vacation Packages are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued after this period. Daily check-in time is 4:00pm, and daily check-out time is 12:00 noon. There are no refunds for Holiday and peak season periods.

Hotel Accommodations for Vacation Packages: Hotel accommodations are provided by Fairfield Inn, Comfort Inn, Hampton Inn, Hilton Garden Inn, and Holiday Inn Express. Specific hotels are provided on a first available basis, but may be requested at the time of reservation. Standard hotel accommodations sleep four adults and include two double beds. We reserve the right to substitute hotel accommodations comparable to those offered in this promotion. Upgrades into suites, oceanfront hotels, and villas are accepted on an advanced basis only and must be arranged prior to arrival.

Qualifications for Timeshare Only Vacation Packages: Attendance at a 90-minute vacation-ownership presentation is required during your stay. This presentation will highlight several vacation opportunities with Coral Sands Resort. This is an Open House Preview with absolutely no cost or obligation. This promotional vacation is designed for married couples between the ages of 25 and 75 with a combined annual income of at least $40,000. Both spouses must attend together. Beaufort County residents and Users who already have vacation packages to visit Coral Sands are not eligible for this offer. Failure to attend the tour or meet qualifications will result in the rate rack charge of the package. This promotion is being used for the solicitation of timesharing intervals.
