Twist The Bistro is the only alternative bar in Hilton Head, SC. Twist offers a weekly schedule of events including Drag Bingo on the first Sunday of every month. Happy Hour at Twist The Bistro is Monday-Friday from 4-8pm and features $2 well drinks, $2 Bud & Bud Light, and a $2 "Shot-of-the-Day".
The Bistro has been recently renovated and now boasts an upscale martini-bar feel. The most elite drink on the menu is the Diamondtini, a martini made with top-shelf vodka and served "with rocks" rather than on the rocks! The drink will cost you $1,000 but comes with a 1-karat diamond bracelet!
