Together, management and guest, check over supplies such as toiletries, linens and towels. The workings of the home are gone over in detail; what switch turns what on, the "quirks" of the thermostat, anything out of the ordinary or special about the property. They make sure everything is working properly; that no doors, windows or drawers are sticking and no light bulbs need replacing. They make a special point to go over, in detail, all the particular rules about the neighborhood, and make sure the guest know what can and cannot be left outside and when trash is picked up. At least once during the stay a representative from "Beachside Getaway" stops by just to make sure everything is running smoothly.
